Students at Mannsville Elementary in Mannsville and at Wilson Elementary in Adams Center have access to School-Based Health Centers (SBHCs) directly where they are – in school. Students at both elementary buildings have access to medical, dental, and behavioral health providers. Students at Clarke Middle/High School are welcomed to either Mannsville Elementary or Wilson Elementary to be seen for medical or behavioral health services. A dental site is available to the Clarke Middle/High School students at Clarke High School providing preventative dental services such as cleanings, screenings, sealants, and fluoride varnish treatments.

All medical and all preventive dental services are provided at no out-of-pocket cost to parents for services provided at school, however, students must be enrolled in the School-Based Health Program it use it.

Please welcome Erica Kendrew, CPNP-PC, to our School-Based Health Center this fall! Erica joined our staff in August 2021 and is looking forward to meeting all the students at South Jeff. Erica attended University at Buffalo and obtained her BSN and then received her Pediatric Nurse Practitioner degree from Upstate Medical University, Syracuse, New York.
