COVID-19 Symptoms?
Call Us First before you come into any of our health centers.
If you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, runny nose, new loss of taste or smell, or diarrhea — or you may have been exposed to COVID-19, please Call US First before coming into your appointment.
NCFHC is a community testing site for COVID-19 — If you have been asked to get tested, or feel you should be tested, please call us at 315-782-9450 Monday-Friday to make an appointment for a test. Everyone is welcome, you DO NOT need to be a current patient to get tested at our Health Center.

PLEASE NOTE: Given the COVID-19 pandemic, please CALL US FIRST before you come to the Health Center. Our staff will assist you in determining if a face to face or virtual appointment is best for you at this time. In addition, in an effort to lesson exposure — both for our patients as well as our staff — we ask that adult patients come into the Health Center alone (please come alone or have any guests wait outside); children may be accompanied by one adult only. Please see below for updated hours of operation and special notices during this pandemic.
