NCFHC is a community testing site for COVID-19 — If you have been asked to get tested, or feel you should be tested, please call us at 315-775-7777 Monday-Friday to make an appointment for a test. Everyone is welcome, you DO NOT need to be a current patient to get tested at our Health Center.

As of 6/22/2021: Our Watertown, LeRay (Evans Mills) and Lowville dental sites are offering full services and are scheduling ALL appointments - both preventative AND emergency dental appointments. Hours of operation for each site are as follows: Watertown Dental: 315.782.9450, Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Fridays. LeRay (Evans Mills) Dental: 315.782.2628, Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. ; Fridays 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Lowville Dental: 315.376.4500, Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
As of 6/22/2021: Due to COVID-19, all face to face appointments have been suspended and ONLY phone appointments will be conducted. Participants benefits will remain active with phone appointments. As of 6/22/2021 All of our school-based health centers are open and providing medical and behavioral health services. At this time we are not allowed to perform preventative dental in school.
