NCFHC is a community testing site for COVID-19 — If you have been asked to get tested, or feel you should be tested, please call us at 315-775-7777 Monday-Friday to make an appointment for a test. Everyone is welcome, you DO NOT need to be a current patient to get tested at our Health Center.

Open to all students, staff, and individuals living in the community; Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Scheduled and same day appointments available at all sites. (Note - Tele-behavioral health services may be offered after 4:30 p.m.)
As of 2/01/2022: Our Watertown, LeRay (Evans Mills) and Lowville dental sites are offering full services and are scheduling ALL appointments - both preventative AND emergency dental appointments. Hours of operation for each site are as follows: Watertown Dental: 315.782.9450, Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Fridays. LeRay (Evans Mills) Dental: 315.782.2628, Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. ; Fridays 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Lowville Dental: 315.376.4500, Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

As of 2/01/2022 All of our school-based health centers are open and providing medical and behavioral health services. At this time some of our dental only sites are open for preventative dental services - please check with your own school to see if our dental only site is available for your student.
