NoCo serves nearly 16,000 individuals each year within our Medical, Behavioral Health, and Dental Programs in our 4 community-based and 12 school-based locations. Our WIC Program serves more than 4,000 women, infants, and children and we assist nearly 1,500 people each year with affordable health insurance coverage.
North Country Family Health Center is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center, one of 1,400 in the country.
