Your Donation Makes a Difference to Families in the North Country

NoCo serves over 20,000 individuals within its Medical, Behavioral Health, and Dental Programs throughout its 5 community-based health centers and 14 school-based locations; serves more than 4,000 women, infants, and children within its WIC Program, and assisted nearly 1,500 people with obtaining affordable health insurance coverage. With the addition of the Lowville Family Health Center practice in 2024, NoCo now serves 1 in 7 individuals in Jefferson and Lewis counties.
