Attention Watertown Area and Fort Drum
Moms and Moms-to-Be!

Bring you water bottle, stroller or carrier, and your little ones and come join us Tuesday for a one hour, full body workout taught by a Certified Group Exercise Instructor! Workouts are geared towards ALL FITNESS LEVELS! There will be a nutritionist available on site to answer your questions, incentives for reaching your goals, and a playgroup after class for the kiddos!

This is a great opportunity to connect with other moms in the area!!

Feel free to bring your own yoga mat and a set of dumbbells or resistance band.

If this is your first time coming, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out some paperwork, or you can click the links below to print it out ahead of time to bring with you.
