To be considered for employment a candidate must be at least 18 years of age and a high school graduate. Recruitment of personnel will be designed to provide the maximum employment opportunity for area residents and members of groups served.

- holding professional licensure and demonstrating evidence of current registration from the New York State Department of Health; or
- demonstrating the evidence of current registration or certification from the appropriate agency, association, council or board or
- providing a chronological list of employment past high school.
